Guadalajara, Mexico. December 8^th, 2018. During the Top Management´s Zummit 2018´s gala dinner held in Guadalajara, among representatives of KidZania´s Central Government and from several KidZania States, the Institute for Ztandards Observance (I.Z.O.) recognized KidZania Kuwait with the 2018 Best Metropolis Award.

This accolade acknowledges leadership, strategic planning, talent management, customer satisfaction, corporate social responsibility, compliance, operations and outstanding performance in 2017.

Abdelkouddous (AK) Al-Hasani, KidZania Kuwait´s Business Alliance Manager, received the recognition on behalf of the thirteenth KidZania facility that opened in June 16^th, 2013; Metropolis characterized for having collaborators from over twenty nationalities and a steady operation.

IZO:K Certifications 2018

KidZania Kuwait and KidZania Monterrey were the only two eligible candidates for this recognition this year, since a mandatory requirement to be considered for this award is having received the IZO:K Certification 2018; certificates that were also delivered to these Metropolises at the same gala dinner.

The IZO:K Certification recognizes the KidZania Facilities with a remarkable achievement in leadership, strategic planning, talent management, customer satisfaction, corporate social responsibility, compliance, operations and performance during 2017 that achieve at least 80% of compliance withI.Z.O.’s Ztandards.
