DOHA, Qatar. KidZania Journal. January 17, 2017. –KidZania, the world’s fastest growing award-winning edutainment concept, is set to launch in the first quarter of 2018 in Doha. The launch will also include the Boeing 737-500 aircraft, perfectly complementing the aviation section at KidZania.

KidZania Doha will provide a unique educational and entertainment experience in Qatar, where children will be able to role-play in a replication of the real life working environment, with a vast variety of professions to trial. KidZania is the world’s fastest growing family entertainment brand, with KidZania Doha expecting to welcome over 300,000 visitors year-on-year.

The educational environment at KidZania allows children between the ages of four and fourteen to role-play the functionalities of working life by combining inspiration, fun and learning. The edutainment facility offers children the opportunity to play ‘adult jobs’ in up to 60 pretend roles including being a doctor, dentist, engineer and pilot. KidZania is designed to replicate a city that is built for children, complete with buildings, streets, vehicles and a functioning economy. The ultra-realistic experience is designed to empower children through each activity and learn a variety of things such as: how society functions, how to finance, how to work with a team, taking on a profession and how to be independent, which are all real life skills.

Children will also be able to experience flying the A380 aircraft with access to 6 state-of-the-art simulators, as well as role play cabin crew, learning how to ensure the well-being of their passengers onboard.
